Rep. Matt Marshall fights for Washingtonian’s Second Amendment rights

During the hours-long debate on House Bill 1163, a bill from majority Democrats that places extensive new restrictions on Washingtonians Second Amendment rights, Rep. Matt Marshall, R-Eatonville, argued for a series of amendments that would exempt veterans, National Guard and reserve members, lower fees and costs, and several others to remove barriers to purchase a firearm included in the bill in a fierce effort to ensure law-abiding citizens can access their constitutional rights.
