Rep. Matt Marshall fights to protect Second Amendment Rights
Rep. Matt Marshall, R -Eatonville, stands up for Washingtonian’s Second Amendment rights, strongly opposing House Bill 1163 during debate in the House Appropriations Committee. The bill would require the people of Washington to obtain a permit before they could buy a gun and go through additional mandatory safety training, directly impeding their right to bear arms. During debate, Marshall also pointed out such a law does nothing to stop crime but instead punishes law-abiding gun owners.
